Overview

The app does not upload player information. You choose when to share or export it.

The only thing this website asks you for is an email address — and, if you answer the size survey, which answers you tapped.

Who we are

AllPlayCoach is made by AllPlayCoach, Inc., [[ADDRESS]]. Write to us at support@allplaycoach.com.

The app

AllPlayCoach stores your team data on your device. You do not need an account, and we do not host your roster. Paste your license key to activate the app. The key is checked on your device, by the app itself, without sending it to us.

The app does make one request to us, about twice a day when it has a connection: it downloads the list of license keys that have been switched off — after a refund, for example — and compares that list against its own key on the device. The request contains nothing about you. Not your key, not an identifier for your tablet, not your team. We cannot tell from it who is running the app, or where, or whether anyone is. If the request fails, or the tablet never goes online, the app carries on working exactly as before.

You choose when team information leaves your device, such as through a printed lineup, an email, a saved backup, or a QR code shared with another coach.

This website

When you use one of the two forms on this site, we keep:

  • your email address;
  • for the size survey, the answers you tapped — where the board would live, what you carry your gear in, what you use now, the size you would want, who else uses it, the sports you coach and your age group — that you said you are 18 or older, and whether you asked for product news;
  • the campaign tags in the link you arrived by, if it had any (for example, which newsletter it was in);
  • the time you sent it.

We use the email address for what the form said: to send a trial key, or to tell you when the Coach Board’s size is set. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

The size survey is also the entry form for a drawing, run under its Official Rules. Information collected at entry is used by Sponsor to administer this drawing and, where the entrant consents, to send product updates. Sponsor does not sell entrant data. Survey responses are used in aggregate to inform product decisions.

“Sponsor” is AllPlayCoach, Inc. If you enter by mail, we also keep the name, postal address and date of birth on your card, for the same purpose.

We do not keep your IP address or details of your browser with what you send. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Third-party services

  • Hosting. This site runs on Cloudflare, which handles every request to it, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
  • Fonts The site loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it and Google receives your IP address.
  • Email. Mail we send goes through Resend, which sends it on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.

Children

This website is for coaches, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. The app never sends us anything about the players on a team.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it, or for [[RETENTION_PERIOD]] after we last wrote to you, whichever comes first. Every email we send says how to stop them. To see or delete what we hold, write to support@allplaycoach.com.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects what we keep or why, we will email the people it applies to before it takes effect.

Parties to these terms

These terms are between you and AllPlayCoach, Inc., [[ADDRESS]] (“we”). By using AllPlayCoach or this website you agree to them.

Trials and licenses

What each license includes, and what it costs, is set out in the pricing section of this site. A license is a key sent to the email address you give us. It is for you, on your own devices; do not publish it or share it outside the team or club it was issued to.

When a trial or license expires, the app asks for a new license. Your saved data is not deleted.

Team information

Your team data belongs to you and is stored on your device. We do not receive a copy and cannot restore it. Use the app’s backup feature to save your team in one file, and keep that file somewhere safe.

Lineups and league rules

The app checks lineups against the rule settings you choose. Confirm those settings against your league’s current rules. You remain responsible for your lineup decisions.

The Coach Board

Coach Board images are design renders. The final hardware will differ. It is not available to buy, and this site is not offering it for sale.

The drawing run through the size survey is governed by its own Official Rules. Where they and these terms differ about the drawing, the Official Rules apply.

Refunds

Within 30 days of buying a license, write to support@allplaycoach.com and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

When we refund a license we switch its key off. Because the app works without an internet connection, that takes effect the next time the tablet is online — a tablet that never connects keeps running until it does. We say so because it is how offline licensing works, not as a promise in either direction.

A refund deletes nothing. Your rosters, lineups and season history stay on the device, and you can still export and print them.

The Coach Board is separate: within 30 days, in resalable condition, we refund the price of the hardware less return shipping.

Arbitration

Reserved. This clause is being drafted by counsel. It is not in effect and nothing on this page should be read as an agreement to arbitrate until it is.

No warranty

The app and this site are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved in arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and we each consent to those courts. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.
